TURF BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A digital booking and ticketing platform called BookTicket connects players, or "Users," with turf owners, or "Organisers." No turf facility or sports arena is owned, run, or physically managed by BookTicket. The turf owner provides the actual on-ground sports facilities and services.

All reservations are only confirmed after a successful BookTicket payment. Once your payment has been processed, ticket confirmation and QR code will be sent to your WhatsApp-registered mobile number and email. In case it is not received on WhatsApp, you can log in to the BookTicket app & website to access your passes. Please note that only those with verified booking evidence and valid digital passes will be permitted entry to the turf.

The turf owner is responsible for setting slot prices and hourly rates. While BookTicket may charge a processing or convenience fee, full payment must be made online before the scheduled slot time. Additionally, BookTicket does not accept cash payments for online bookings, ensuring an automated, streamlined, and verifiable transaction process for all customers.

Each turf owner specifies their own slot cancellation timeline and guidelines. The standard policy across participating facilities is:

• Advance Cancellation: If you cancel before the designated notice window (as set by the turf owner), you will receive a partial or complete refund according to turf regulations.

• No-Show or Late Cancellation: No refunds are issued for late cancellations or failure to show up at the scheduled time.

• Convenience Fees: Platform convenience and payment gateway handling fees are non-refundable.

• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

Rescheduling a booked slot is only permitted with the explicit permission of the turf owner and must be requested prior to the cutoff deadline specified by the facility. Additionally, real-time rescheduling is strictly subject to alternative slot availability, ensuring that ground operations remain smooth and conflict-free.

• Your reserved slot duration is fixed; it will not be extended if you or your group arrive late.

• Continuing play beyond your scheduled end-time without prior booking will incur additional overtime charges levied directly by the turf owner.

• On-ground slot disputes and play-time disagreements remain between the user and turf management, and are not the responsibility of BookTicket.

Users and their accompanying players must respect sports protocols, footwear guidelines (e.g. non-marking or turf studs), and turf rules. Players must ensure they do not damage turf grass, floodlights, netting, or sports gear. Engaging in reckless, dangerous, or unlawful behavior on the premises is strictly forbidden. Players must carry a valid government ID if requested by the facility. Any violation of these codes can lead to immediate expulsion from the turf without a refund.

Turf owners participating in the BookTicket partner network agree to:

• Maintain precise slot availability and honor all confirmed reservations without double-booking.

• Preserve basic facilities, lighting, turf maintenance, first-aid accessibility, and player safety.

• Clearly publish arena guidelines, cancellation policies, and accurate slot pricing.

Facilities with repeated complaints, double-bookings, or poor sportsmanship may be suspended or delisted from the BookTicket platform.

BookTicket is not liable for slot disruptions or cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions, torrential rain, waterlogging, storms, sudden power outages, governmental curbs, or acts of God. The turf owner retains the final authority on decisions regarding rescheduling or issuing refunds under such circumstances.

BookTicket disclaims all liability for:

• Physical injuries, sprains, medical incidents, or loss/theft of personal property during play.

• On-ground disputes, conduct, or conflicts between players, referees, or turf management.

Users and players assume all inherent physical risks associated with sports activities upon booking and entering the facility.

BookTicket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity, bogus reservations, bot purchases, or abuse of the refund policy. Commercial resale of slots, black-marketing, or manipulation of the scheduling platform will not be tolerated and may invite legal action.

User contact and booking details are stored securely and used solely for booking confirmations, slot reminders, customer support, and essential legal compliance. BookTicket does not sell your personal data. For detailed information, review our Privacy Policy.

These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified conditions. Indian law governs these terms, and local jurisdiction in Gujarat, India will handle any disputes.
