By accessing or using bookticket.live, you agree to be bound by these T&C and any other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

The bookticket.live platform is operated by Divyang Tech Labs, an individual proprietorship owned and operated by Divyang Umeshbhai Dhimmar under the laws of India.

All rights to the platform, including its software, content, trademarks, and design, are either owned by us or appropriately licensed. Users and organizers may access and use the platform only for legitimate purposes in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.

• Eligibility: By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including OTPs and login sessions) and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• Accuracy of Information: All contact, personal, and payment-related information provided by you on the platform must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date to ensure proper ticket delivery and communication.

BookTicket enables you to discover, purchase, and enjoy the best live events and entertainment experiences in your city. Serving as a technology marketplace bridging you and third-party event organizers or vendors, our platform connects you to unique live experiences. Please note that BookTicket does not organize the physical events and does not assume liability for on-ground execution, artist performances, or issues arising from third-party organizer services.

• Event Information: Event details including dates, timings, venues, artist line-ups, and ticket tiers are supplied directly by third-party event organizers.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Tickets once booked are strictly non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the event-specific policy. If an event is canceled by the organizer, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the organizer's rules. For tickets purchased with cancellation protection, users are entitled to refunds as per the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Transfer and Resale: Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organizer. Unauthorized scalping, resale, duplication, or black-market distribution will result in immediate ticket invalidation without refund and may incur legal action.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and recognized digital wallets.

• Pricing: Base ticket prices and quotas are set by event organizers. Convenience fees, booking charges, and applicable taxes will be clearly presented prior to transaction completion.

• Security: Payment transactions are handled directly through RBI-compliant certified payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree). We do not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.

Digital tickets containing unique QR codes are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment via on-screen receipt, email confirmation, and SMS/WhatsApp notifications. Entry to the venue requires scanning of the digital QR pass or physical wristband redemption where specified. For full details, refer to our Ticket Delivery Policy.

All content on the platform, including text, logos, icons, graphics, software code, and visual interface, is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Trademarks and brand names displayed belong to BookTicket, Divyang Tech Labs, or their respective partner organizers. Unauthorized copying, mirroring, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

BookTicket provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookTicket and its operator shall not be liable for:

1. Errors, inaccuracies, or changes in event descriptions, venues, or timings provided by organizers.
2. Network, telecom, gateway failures, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
3. Losses or damages arising from unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
4. Any personal injury, property loss, or dissatisfaction occurring at the event venue.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the platform with an updated date. Continued use of bookticket.live following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your ticket purchase, or use of the platform shall be subject to the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gujarat, India.
