How you receive and access your event tickets.

Digital Ticket Delivery Process

Upon successful payment, your booking is confirmed instantly. We do not issue physical tickets. All tickets are delivered digitally to your registered email address and phone number (via WhatsApp/SMS) immediately after booking.

Accessing Your Tickets

You can access your tickets at any time by logging into the BookTicket application or website and navigating to the "My Tickets" section. Each ticket includes a unique QR code which must be presented at the event venue for scanning and entry.

Missing Confirmation or Tickets

If you have completed a payment but have not received your ticket confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team immediately with your transaction details for assistance.
